EU platform for online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which can be reached via the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Consumers will have the opportunity to use this platform for out-of-court dispute resolution as of 15 February 2016 through contractual obligations under online purchase contracts or online service contracts. The German legislator has decided against the VSBG, in principle, to oblige entrepreneurs to participate in the alternative dispute resolution. We are not a participating company.
